Document Imaging System. We scan paper documents (SODAs, leases, move-out inspections, applications, etc.) into our systems to create an electronic file for each account, which allows our representatives to view the actual documents from a former resident's file at the click of a mouse.
Credit Bureau Reporting. Our system automatically reports all    non-paying accounts to all three national credit bureaus.
National Locating Database. Upon entry into our system, accounts are automatically processed through national skip-tracing databases and updated on a daily basis.   
Online Payments. Individuals placed for collection with NCS may log onto our website, view basic account information, and pay their account, by check or credit card.
Checks by Phone. Our representatives can accept personal checks (ACH drafts) by telephone. 
Automated (Predictive) Dialing System. This state-of-the-art telephone dialing system increases contact by 300% compared to manual systems.
Information Quality Scoring. We keep our clients appraised of the quality of the information they provide us, which ultimately affects recovery results.
